For the past 30+ years, millions of women, have received messaging from the church about what their

should be; that to be
holy means that a woman
pure and
is to make her beauty, sexuality,
and self small.​

In essence, the message was that for a woman to have a fully and
flourishing sexuality,
it meant
she was dangerous.
Many of these women have become the “Good Girl,” seeking to be and do everything right in their lives, but today find that that is not working for them anymore. This has left them feeling shame around their sexual desires, disconnected from their bodies, disempowered, and experiencing trauma responses in the body the same as those who actually experienced abuse.

I know this, because I’ve been there too and I’ve seen many of these women in my work as a therapist.

I Get Your Struggle
Hi! I’m Kerry Kirsch (she/her),
a licensed mental health therapist, who has spent 14+ years helping women find freedom in their bodies, heal sexual trauma, and explore spirituality.
However, through it I always felt that there was something deeper missing. Turns out, it was something deeper missing in me; my connection to my soul & sexuality.
Now, I’m focusing on inspiring women, who have been the “Good Girl” recover from Purity Culture to break free from familial, societal, and religious expectations to unapologetically be her wild, feminine self; embracing her Soulful Sexual Sovereignty.

Why this? Because I’ve experienced first hand what it’s like to follow all of the rules of religion, only to realize that by doing so, I too was a victim of spiritual abuse from the church.
I was that “Good Girl,” and unfortunately, it left me feeling disempowered, disappointed in God, and disconnected from myself.
